Gift wrap charges will not be refunded.
Sometimes the customer has to return or exchange an item or the entire order. Our Return Policy offers a 10 days period of time for returning the order. Please contact us by email or phone before sending the merchandise back.
In most cases we offer a store credit or an exchange. We need up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Obtaining a store credit, exchange or refund:
- Please check that the manufacturer packaging is not damaged.
- All garments sent from our warehouse with protective liner or hygienic protection must be returned in the same condition. Also check that all tags and labels are not missing or damaged in any way.
- Please ensure that you wear clean undergarments when you try on swimwear or lingerie. We will have to refuse the return of any garment that has damages, worn marks, has been soiled or stained, laundered or perfumed.
- There are no returns on strings or thongs.
- Bras have to be returned in their protective box to insure full credit.
- Due to our high quality standard in our service and our policy to selling only brand new items, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that don't meet the above hygiene and health regulations. All refused returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
If the customer follows our returning requirements, for the first return we could offer, but we do not guarantee, a refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs and for the return shipping costs and will be charged accordingly.
Credits or charges due will be issued to the card used at the check-in.
How to Return Goods
A pre-addressed return label is included in your package.
If you choose to use the FEDEX return label, a shipping fee of $14 will be charged to your credit card.
Please use care when packaging your return. Make sure all tags are attached and the item(s) are in their original condition.
Pleace the return label on the outside of the box, making sure to cover the original shipping label.
Simply drop off your package at your nearest FEDEX Store or drop box location.
Important notes about returning undergarments
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
- By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department and request a pre-paid label.
Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
- Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them.
If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
- Final Sale Items - are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
